What should I expect in my SI session?
There are 12 total sessions. Each session will last about 90 minutes. We will begin with a postural assessment, or a bodyread to assess your body's relationship to gravity and its neighboring structures. In the bodyread, we will look at how the bones and joints relate to each other in terms of tilts, shifts, bends, and rotations. Then we will create a strategy for your body and perform a series of myofascial techniques to improve your adaptability, stability, and balance. Each session will cover a different territory, and are based off Thomas Myers "Anatomy Trains Myofascial Meridians."
