                                       Massage
What sets Orthopedic Massage apart from other massage is that it is not a specific technique. It is the application of purposeful bodywork to bring functional balance to the body. Soft tissue manipulation techniques used will include Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, and Trigger Point Therapy to name a few. In an Orthopedic Massage treatment, the manual techniques are performed with little to no oil, cream, etc.

Orthopedic Massage aims to treat the source of the pain and not just the area where the symptoms exist. When you come in for your visit we will spend some time trying to understand why you're experiencing discomfort in certain areas.

Common conditions indicated for treatment include:

  • Headaches and Migraines
  • Neck Pain
  • Shoulder & Rotator Cuff Injuries
  • Frozen Shoulder
  • Tennis and Golfers Elbow
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Spinal Dysfunction
  • Nerve Compression

  • Thoracic Outlet Syndrome
  • IT Band Friction Syndrome
  • TMJ Dysfunction
  • Shin Splints
  • Plantar Fasciitis
  • Sport Injuries
  • Sciatic Pain
  • And more
