Sports Massage is a combination of massage and stretching techniques designed to assist and increase an athletes performance capabilities. Working with an athlete, the sports massage will be able to provide increase strength, speed, flexibility and decrease the potential for injury.

Sports massage is performed on-site for the athlete. At Belmont Therapeutic we are trained to work both “Pre” and “Post” event to assist in warming up and cooling down. We work with athletes of all backgrounds, ranging from weekend warriors to dedicated marathon runners. On-site will benefit all sports, from football, soccer, track and field, hockey, tennis, etc.
